We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. 

 

RETURNS. All returns must be postmarked within (15) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. 

 

RETURN PROCESS. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid by Budgety and Bourgie Travel.

REFUNDS.  After receiving your return and inspection the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.  EXCEPTIONS.  The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuits and towels

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

CANCELLATION. We understand that sometimes issues may arise and the canceling of an order may be required.  If you cancel your order before it begins processing, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering, you will receive a full refund.  Unfortunately, cancelation requests received after the order has begin processing will not be able to be canceled.  These items will be shipped and must adhere to the Budgety and Bourgie Travel refund policy.
